Working within this dedicated in-house creative team, you'll collaborate with marketing and production departments to ensure visual consistency, drive creative excellence, and bring bold, dynamic ideas to life across a range of high-impact projects.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Share your best work with us by including a show reel.</strong></p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong>Design &amp; Production</strong></p><p>You design and produce high-quality 3D motion graphics for promotional content, live and non-live formats, ensuring visually compelling and brand-aligned outcomes.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Collaboration &amp; Conceptualization</strong></p><p>You collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, refine, and execute creative ideas that drive impactful storytelling across platforms.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Leadership &amp; Mentorship</strong></p><p>You mentor and support junior designers, providing guidance, feedback, and inspiration to help grow their creative and professional skills.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Brand Consistency &amp; Innovation</strong></p><p>You ensure all visuals adhere to Red Bull’s brand guidelines while actively integrating new design techniques and technologies to push creative boundaries.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Automation &amp; Efficiency</strong></p><p>You implement tools, templates, and workflows to optimize production processes, enhance efficiency, and support scalable creative output.</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>5+ years of experience in 3D motion graphics design with expertise in Cinema 4D (Redshift or Octane), Adobe After Effects; knowledge of Maya or Houdini; Unity is a plus</p><p>Fluent English communication skills; German is a plus</p><p>Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field</p><p>Strong animation skills, visual storytelling ability, and a keen eye for brand consistency and quality</p><p>Proven experience mentoring junior designers, collaborating in cross-functional teams, and managing multiple projects while implementing new technologies and automation tools to improve workflows</p><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is €2.471 gross per month.
