POSITION SUMMARY
The Lead Product Manager, HCP Marketing is an important member of the U.S. Marketing team and will play a critical role in driving the engagement and promotional strategy with U.S. healthcare professionals (HCPs). This individual will be responsible for executing upon key tactics that align with the U.S. RELYVRIO brand strategy, including the creation and management of key peer-to-peer initiatives and the oversight of core internal stakeholder relationships. This role requires proven ability to lead HCP engagement initiatives and cross-functional partnership.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the development of the overarching strategic engagement plan for the ALS HCP market to drive brand and disease awareness and education.
- Lead the development of plans for peer-to-peer education.
- Partner with the Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) team to develop peer-to-peer content and strategies including conference product theaters and speaker bureau presentations.
- Lead the development and updates of HCP content in support of our patient support program.
- Responsible for additional HCP engagement initiatives that may include educational programs, live events, and materials.
- Support HCP advisory board strategy development and lead development for content.
- Serve as the coordination point with the Market Access team ensuring alignment and full understanding of efforts across the functions.
- Track accruals and actuals against yearly budget.
- Accountable for successful completion of projects on time and on budget.
- Actively manage multiple agency partners to ensure execution on agreed timelines, budget, and quality deliverables.
- Ensure execution of Marketing activities in compliance with Medical, Regulatory and Legal requirements and processes, partnering directly to bring materials through ad-promo reviews.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively write and deliver presentations to Commercial leadership and engaging with healthcare professionals.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of pharma or biotech commercial experience, with at least 3 years of HCP marketing experience.
- Experience with peer-to-peer marketing and thought leader engagements such as speaker bureau and advisory boards.
- Expertise in brand marketing and strong project management experience with the ability to work on multiple priority projects simultaneously.
- Experience managing external partners and budgets.
- Understanding of pharmaceutical marketing, and regulatory and compliance environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders such as Medical, Legal, Regulatory, Marketing Operations, Market Insights, Market Access, Thought Leader Liaisons, etc.
- Strong operational and relationship skills, with attention to detail and an authentic passion to help patients.
- Track record demonstrating accountability, sense of urgency, and ability to execute.
