Kearney, Bain, McKinsey), M&amp;A (Lazard, EY, KPMG, PwC), Industry (Biotronik, Cerba, Pharmacy, Veterinary)</p><p></p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul> <li><strong>Investment Strategy and Planning:</strong></li> <ul> <li>Develop and implement the investment strategy in alignment with the firm’s objectives.</li> <li>Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities.</li> <li>Conduct market research and analysis to support investment decisions.</li> </ul> <li><strong>Deal Sourcing and Origination:</strong></li> <ul> <li>Source and originate new investment opportunities through industry contacts, networking, and market research.</li> <li>Build and maintain relationships with investment banks, brokers, and other deal sources.</li> <li>Evaluate potential investments and present opportunities to the investment committee.</li> </ul> <li><strong>Due Diligence:</strong></li> <ul> <li>Lead due diligence efforts including financial, operational, and legal assessments.</li> <li>Work with internal and external advisors to conduct thorough due diligence.</li> <li>Develop investment theses and valuation models.</li> </ul> <li><strong>Transaction Execution:</strong></li> <ul> <li>Negotiate and structure investment transactions.</li> <li>Manage the drafting and review of legal documents and agreements.</li> <li>Oversee the closing process for investments.</li> </ul> <li><strong>Portfolio Management:</strong></li> <ul> <li>Monitor and manage portfolio companies to maximize value creation.</li> <li>Provide strategic guidance and support to portfolio company management teams.</li> <li>Develop and implement exit strategies to realize returns on investments.</li> </ul> <li><strong>Team Leadership and Development:</strong></li> <ul> <li>Lead and mentor junior investment professionals.</li> <li>Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.</li> <li>Promote continuous learning and professional development within the team.</li> </ul> </ul>
