What you’ll do
We are seeking a dynamic and competitive Junior Sales Associate to join our team and excel in a fast-paced business environment. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between our company and new brokers/consultants, with the primary goal of achieving and exceeding sales targets. As a Junior Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the visibility and awareness of our company’s brand and products, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with our partners.
We are seeking candidates in the follow states: Dallas, TX, Fort Worth, TX, San Antonio, TX, Houston, TX, Austin, TX, Denver, CO, OK, AZ, and CA.
In this role, you’ll also:
- Generate new business leads through referrals, social media, phone calls, and email campaigns.
- Develop home state and surrounding states, maximizing sales growth through HPI solutions that include national networks with a focus on Harmony Health, EHN and MedWatch.
- Host onsite events such as lunch and learns, webinars, and outings to foster broker relationships and new business growth.
- Assist in qualifying new brokers for HPI business. This would include initial conversations to discover broker interest in a TPA, and a general overview of capabilities deck. If a broker has serious interest, the tenured sales lead will follow up with a meeting or qualifying a new prospect/ opportunity.
- Update Insightly CRM tool for all activity – events/ meetings/ calls/ emails and sales opportunities.
- Assist in drafting finalist and capabilities presentations.
- Assist in day-to-day planning for smaller events, email campaigns, follow ups on brokers/ prospects and minor responsibilities in product development.
- Assist in the marketing of new sales opportunities – this includes instructions in marketing efforts for the Sales Ops team – request of network solutions, proposals, stop loss and PBM marketing. Eventually this would lead to vetting out new opportunities.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- 2-4 years industry-related sales experience.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and manage client relationships.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated with a proactive and ambitious mindset.
- Extroverted, outgoing, and high-energy with a competitive edge.
- Organized and detail oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel as required for the role.
