Job Description

Main objective of the job:                                       

• Developing the organization with the help of various project management methods (e.g. classic, agile, hybrid) and concepts in interaction with cross-location and cross-functional teams.

Main attributions and responsibilities:

• Defining together with the team the future processes for master data for old system landscape SAP R3 and the new landscape SAP S4;
• Defining and coordinating the development and roll-out of IT projects in this area;
• Ensuring proper master data by structuring and organizing qualified data migration and cleaning projects;
• Acting as an expert in the respective area and interacting with the Master Data network within the organization;
• Taking over and managing Data Analytics and Process Mining tasks;  
• Reading, understanding and applying the procedures from area of responsibility and other interdepartmental procedures, applicable within the company;
• Fulfilling any other tasks related to area of responsibility, as requested by direct superior.

Qualifications

Studies:

• University Diploma 
• High school Diploma

Knowledge and Skills:

• Language: English;
• University Degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration or similar areas;
• Minimum 3 years in IT projects ideally in Logistics, Purchasing, Accounting;
• Previous experience in new processes implementation together with the IT systems by ensuring proper change management within the organization;
• Master Data knowledge, previous experience in this area would be nice to have;
• Working under pressure;
• Problem solving;
• Adaptability and flexibility;
• Customer focus;
• Driven by achieving targets and goals.
