Job Description

Purpose & Scope: 

The Clinical Senior Supply Tech is responsible for the management of supplies and oversight of inventory areas. The position will be accountable for the maintenance, configuration and inventory levels for all products inventory, including bin configuration, labels and technology functionality. The role will be held accountable for supply availability for all clinical areas and coordination with clinical stakeholders to ensure product availability.

Reporting to the Materials Manager and under direction from the Director, Supply Chain Operations on activities and strategic decisions for the department, this position is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of all Supply Techs and materials management functions within the department. This role will provide expert administrative and operational support to designated service lines. The position will have responsibility for the oversight and function of the core supply chain areas, including all inventory locations and the loading/receiving dock, and will review, oversee and implement productivity goals for all supply chain coordinators, that align with the Supply Chain department strategic vision.

Education: 

High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Experience: 

One (1) year hospital clinical materials management is required.
