<h3>Job Description</h3><p>About the job </p><p>The Sales Specialist will be responsible for a portfolio of Nielsen Brandbank’s retail clients. You will have overall accountability for relationship building, revenue delivery, and business growth.</p><p>Responsibilities: </p><ul><li>Building and maintaining working relationship with your clients (retailers)</li><li>Delivering revenue targets, based on retaining subscription revenue and generating new business, both within existing accounts and also across new clients</li><li> Accurately forecasting revenue to your Team Lead, on a monthly basis, but you may be asked to provide additional forecasts at your Team Lead’s discretion </li><li>Managing retailer “assortment lists” to deliver increasing coverage</li><li>Developing a full understanding of the Nielsen Brandbank value proposition (both related to core service and additional software products), in order to  drive service adoption, and to support with handling any objections that may be raised </li><li>Proactively monitor market trends and upcoming needs of the industry in order to address them with Nielsen Brandbank solutions suite</li><li>Using the above knowledge to create Account Development Plans, with Objectives, Goals, Strategies &amp; Measures detailed for all relevant accounts </li></ul><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>Minimum 1 year of experience in sales </li><li>Good level of experience in strategic sales planning and implementation, including experience in pipeline management  </li><li>Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a diverse team, in a fast-paced environment  </li><li>Highly organized, driven, with good time management skills and a logical approach,  </li><li>Able to prioritize workload, and excellent attention to detail.  </li><li>General interest in FMCG/Pharma and specifically the eCommerce industry  </li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong presentation skills and the ability to network effectively. </li><li>Professionally presented, articulate, and confident communicator up to the board/executive level. </li><li>Good MS Office knowledge (Excel/PowerPoint) </li><li>Native Polish and good English skills </li><li>Driving License </li></ul><p> </p><p>#LI-DW1</p><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>ABOUT NIELSEN We’re in tune with what the world is watching, buying, and everything in between.
