Job Description
Essential Functions:
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to understand their business needs, formulate, and complete end-to-end analysis that includes data gathering, analysis, ongoing scaled deliverables, and presentations
Mine and analyze data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of product, marketing techniques and business strategies for Cardinal, Visa, and our clients
Develop visualizations to make complex analyses accessible to a broad audience
Support development of self-service analytics through interactive dashboards and other data tools
Extract and analyze data to support case studies including benchmarking of authentication and authorization results
Draw insights and work with the appropriate parts of the organization to implement changes based on those insights
Find opportunities to create and automate repeatable analyses or build self-service tools for business users
Support sales and marketing efforts with sound statistical and financial analysis and execute ad hoc analyses to meet the fast-changing market demands
Conduct transaction data analyses with Hadoop or Cloud and big data technologies for internal and external product owners and develop deeper insights into the products using advanced statistical information
Design and analyze before andafter tests to quantify the impact of customer-facing changes

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
• 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
• 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
• Over 3 years of experience in business or data analytics
• Proven knowledge of Statistics, Python, and data visualization tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Adaptability, flexibility of working across diverse types of projects, Strong communications and sense of ownership and driver ship
• Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Elasticsearch
• Strong analytical, critical and systems thinking skills
• Proven customer-facing presentation experience
• Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel (spreadsheet functionality, v-lookup, pivot tables, charts, graphic, macros)
• Experience in manipulating, visualizing, and providing analysis of data
• Sound statistical background, and basic knowledge in machine learning and data science.
• Knowledgeable in ecommerce and digital payments
• Experience with AWS services and tools
• Previous exposure to financial services, credit cards or merchant analytics
