Customer Support Associate

Job Description:

Arrow Electronics is looking for an entry-level candidate to join our Supply Chain business as a Customer Support Associate.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Provide expert internal and external customer service and sales support to both the Inside Sales Team and 3rd party test houses (suppliers).
• Assist in maintaining performance expectations to further enhance Arrow's position within each customer and supplier.
• Responsible for the order entry process including but not limited to: Customer Sales Order entry & maintenance (via Oracle business system) and maintaining order entry log
• Managing outbound supplier transfers (advance shipment report via excel)
• Purchase order editing and management communicating with 3rd party test houses (suppliers)
• Non-Cancellable-Non-Returnable maintenance and tracking on new orders
• Troubleshooting order issues and resolving with sales team

What We Are Looking For:

• Typically requires a 2 year degree and 1–2 years of experience or High school graduate with equivalent related experience
• Mid-level MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook)

Work Locations

Centennial, CO - will follow a hybrid schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday are required office days for the Panorama Office site; Monday and Friday, work from home.

This role will perform work covered by International Traffic in Arms Regulations. Viable candidates for this position must be eligible for an export license or be a US Person (which includes but is not limited to US citizens or nationals, lawful permanent residents, refugees, and asylees).

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$20.56 - $25.12

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
