THE JOB:
We are seeking a dedicated Cook for our employee dining room at Aria Resort & Casino. In this role, you will use your culinary skills to prepare and serve high-quality meals to our staff daily, ensuring an excellent dining experience for our valued team members. THE STARTING RATE: $25.7806
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Show your culinary passion by crafting various menu items while following set recipes and standards
Consistently maintain proper stocking, cleanliness, and sanitation of back-of-house areas
Ensure guest safety by following proper food handling procedures
Assist kitchen leadership and staff in execution of service
Maintain solid knowledge, understanding and preparation of base sauces, stocks and soups
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
At least one year high-volume line cook experience
Background or understanding of American cuisines
Is comfortable in a restaurant kitchen and with the use of culinary tools, equipment, and techniques
