Job Overview:

As the AVP, Wealth Management Insights and Analytics, you’ll work with your strategy colleagues, as well as sales and product managers, to help develop the Wealth Management Organization’s goals and drive execution. You’ll be a key player in new initiatives and monitoring their outcomes. All along the way, you will illustrate the work via PowerPoint, tableau, and other tools and keep close tabs on these initiatives via data sourced by you or provided by business partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning, growth and monetization of the LPL’s Wealth Management business by collaborating throughout the org.

  • Assist in the development of long-term strategies and roadmaps to support the evaluation of potential new opportunities and initiatives.

  • Organize and develop monthly business performance read-outs to inform leadership and collect key performance commentary.

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives with marketing, finance, and Wealth Management to drive to powerful business outcomes

  • Set up, monitor and improve reporting needed to track and evaluate the success and impact of new strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 5+ years of working experience with 3+ years of working experience in a strategy, data analytics or financial analytics role

Core Competencies:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, a positive attitude, and excellent listening skills with ability to persuade and influence others 

  • Reliable self-starter, with a collaborative mindset and ability to build strong relationships across the organization.

  • Strong experience with visualization: PowerPoint, excel and tableau

  • Strong experience with data manipulation: SQL, Alteryx, Python or R

Preferences:

  • 3+ years of financial services experience, particularly in Wealth Management

  • Project Management experience – keeping track of progress and holding responsible parties accountable for their work

  • Tangible experience in building and deploying business management frameworks

  • Advanced Degree (MBA, Master in Data Science)

Pay Range:

$90,188-$150,313/year


 

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
