About this position: 
LMCU is looking for a Home Equity Processing Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the daily process and procedures of the Home Equity processing staff to ensure that they are meeting member service goals, speed, and quality along with maintain compliance requirements. 

What you’ll do: 
Follows pipeline management process for a team of processors, balancing the workload as needed. Monitors the pipeline for quality, compliance and timeliness. Works with other departments as needed to resolve complex issues.
Assists, mentors, and motivates team members to exceed daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly goals. Coordinates training and education for employees.
Recruits, hires, onboards, trains, directs, and manages daily activities of a team of processors and team leads. Conducts performance appraisals and recommends salary adjustments and/or promotions as well as development opportunities for team members. Creates a cadence of communication with team members to review performance, guideline updates, and procedural/system changes.
Resolves, escalates, or remedies customer service issues in a professional manner. Maintains a positive work environment by developing cooperative relationships with internal and external partners.

What You’ll Bring: 
•    Five or more years of similar or related experience in Home Equity or Mortgage Processing.
•    Prior management experience, or experience effectively leading a team is highly preferred.
