Manufacturing Maintenance Lead - (3rd Shift Monday - Thursday)

Zenni is the Official Eyewear of the San Francisco 49ers, Boston Red Sox, Call of Duty League, the Chicago Bulls and the Columbus Crew. As the new Maintenance Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment is running correctly, and that all maintenance is completed in a timely and efficient manner. You will play a crucial role in supporting the company's mission to provide affordable eyewear to all.

Responsibilities

• Manage the maintenance schedule to ensure all equipment is running correctly and maintenance is being completed on time
• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment, including electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems
• Source and manage contractors for specialized maintenance work
• Train and mentor maintenance team members on new equipment and maintenance methods
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
• Maintain maintenance records and track work orders
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of maintenance supplies

• Evaluate the PM’s in our CMMS system to ensure they meet our demanding and changing environment. Recommend changes to management for approval

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a maintenance leadership role
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems
• Experience managing maintenance schedules and conducting preventative maintenance
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance, safety, and other industry-related standards
• Ability to source and manage contractors for specialized maintenance work
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Welding and fabrication experience a plus
