What You'll Do
- Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
- Work closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI
- Gather feature requests, develop and maintain well-planned backlog/roadmap
- Coordinate the work to be allocated to sprints and scheduling releases
- Lead the appropriate teams to refine, prioritize, and manage the backlog to best achieve the goals and vision
- Identify and estimate anticipated work efforts based on priority using program increment (PI) and sprint planning
- Define and resolve dependencies, issues, and risks along with identification of impacted areas through team collaboration
- Work closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI
- Oversee development stages, identify areas for improvement, refine the process, and support the sprint
- Act as the liaison between the business units, technology teams, support teams & end users
- Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends.
What You Know
- 3+ years of experience bringing technology products to market
- Strong experience on Pharma & Consumer application experience
- In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology
- 4+ years of product management experience in Healthcare, multi-channel retail, or e-commerce business with demonstrated success delivering new products and evolving products to market
- Experience working with multiple scrums in teams
- Excellent oral/written communication skills and extreme attention to detail
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills with large teams
- Ability to identify metrics and key performance measures and use that data to drive decisions that enhance the customer experience (user-centered design principles)
- Experience with Jira required
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with leading Scrum meetings and product sprints
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Applications, or related field.

Compensation Band
- $120- 130k per year
