Client Success Database Specialist

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Database team. The primary focus of this role is to research, identify, and maintain up-to-date information about the corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs offered by companies. You will be responsible for updating existing company records, adding new companies to our database, and ensuring the accuracy of all data.

The ideal candidate is a fast learner, has exceptional written English skills, and has experience in internet research and data entry. This position is a good fit for people who are introverted, work well independently, and enjoy repetitive tasks with a lot of research. Success in this role is measured by the ability to work quickly and diligently to update and add accurate information to our database of companies.

In this role you will:

• Research and identify companies with different CSR programs using a variety of sources.
  

• Manage and respond to emails from clients, companies, and donors requesting updates to our database.
  

• Perform advanced Google searches to locate information.
  

• Add new companies with CSR programs to our database.
  

• Update the CSR program information for existing companies in our database.
  

• Complete other tasks related to the database as assigned.  
  

Wages

• Hourly compensation (Before any fees you pay for wire transfers and currency conversions):
  - Base - $8.00 USD
  - Additional $.25 USD/hour as a company contribution to go towards your own health insurance costs
  - Additional $.25 USD/hour as a company contribution to go towards any additional insurance/benefits that you buy on your own

• Target 42.5 billable hours per week
  

• The total hourly rate paid ends up being $8.50/hour. Additionally, you accrue Life Leave which can optionally be cashed in each year adding to your earnings (Approx. $800-$1,000 per year.)

• Select candidates will be invited to complete a one-way video interview and an initial screening interview.
  

• Once you passed the initial screening, a number of online assessments testing your critical thinking, and English skills will be sent.
  

• Select candidates will be invited to an hour-long Zoom interview with the President of the company.
