As a Senior Talent Acquisition Associate, you will play a pivotal role in our organization's success by identifying and acquiring top talent to meet our business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of recruitment strategies, a proven track record of successfully filling positions across various levels, and exceptional interpersonal skills. In this role, you will collaborate with hiring managers, develop sourcing strategies, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Associate your tasks will include the following:

  • Prepare & post vacancies on job boards and social media
  • Source, pre-screen and interview candidates
  • Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit
  • Utilise the full range of talent sourcing tools – including business and social networking sites; direct approaches/ headhunting; advertising; job-board/online databases; referrals and recommendations
  • Develop and maintain networks, both internally and externally, in the organization to identify key talent and build ongoing pipelines
  • Manage the approval process and offer negotiations
  • Build rapport and collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure timeliness of the recruitment process
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Participate in initiatives that aim to enhance the employer branding of the company
  • Proactively identify and anticipate future talent needs within the organization.

What we look for:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Psychology or other related field (a Master's degree in HR will be considered as an asset)
  • At least 3 years of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Associate or similar role, with a focus on senior-level positions
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills in English (working language)
  • Excellent project management, personal organization and time management skills
  • Exceptional closing and negotiation skills are required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with candidate databases, applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn
  • Excellent command of English is required (C2 level certification desired, LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate would be a plus)
