Outreach is redefining how we connect with our customers and drive revenue. The team is looking for a Senior Director of Revenue Strategy and Operations to help the team scale to the next level of growth. Managing all aspects of the day to day sales and cx operations while driving execution of strategic programs, this is a critical hire for the team. The leader will not only be responsible for defining and driving efficiencies within the Revenue Operations team, but also identifying opportunities to improve efficiency within our customer facing teams. The right candidate will be a data-driven leader, able to build trusted relationships with senior executive stakeholders as well as growing and mentoring a high performing team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and run the Global Revenue Strategy & Operations team including vision, recruitment, on-boarding, development, performance and people management.
  • Work closely with GTM leadership on day-to-day operations, strategic planning, GTM execution and other key projects.
  • Become the subject matter expert across the GTM organization, performing thorough data analysis to define and progress key business decisions.
  • In collaboration with GTM leadership define, own and drive run the business meetings (forecasting, pipeline, QBR etc).
  • Own and drive the annual GTM planning cycle driving alignment across key cross-functional stakeholders (finance, BI, marketing, sales, CX).
  • Build executive presentations related to run the business meetings and change the business meetings.

Required Skills/Experience

  • 12+ years at a high-growth tech company in a strategic sales/business operations sr. leadership role or at a top management consulting company with strong exposure to Go-To-Market assignments.
  • Strong people leadership skills with a proven track record of building and scaling teams.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Executive presence and shown success building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, influencing and collaborating in cross-functional environments.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment (sense of urgency, ability to adjust on the fly to unplanned situations).
  • Experience in presenting, speaking and writing before large diverse teams. Capable of crafting messages on behalf of senior execs, finding the right style for every situation.
  • Ability to creatively tackle problems with limited resources and input and ability to roll sleeves up when needed.
  • SME in leading strategic initiatives, forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Strong GTM business acumen and understanding of the interlock SaaS customer journey and internal processes to drive execution.
  • MBA is preferred
The base salary range for this role is $150,000 - $250,000. You may also be offered incentive compensation, bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. We also have a location-based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in other locations.#LI-JR1 #LI-remote
