The Role

As the Director, Human Resources, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's future. You will be the driving force behind our talent strategy, performance management, and culture initiatives, ensuring that our people are engaged, empowered, and equipped to achieve their full potential.

What You'll Do

  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with senior leadership to understand our organization's mission and translate it into actionable HR strategies that drive business results.
  • Talent Magnet: Oversee full-cycle recruiting efforts, attracting and hiring top-tier talent who share our passion and values.
  • Culture Champion: Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture where everyone feels valued, respected, and inspired to contribute their best.
  • Performance Accelerator: Implement performance management systems that promote accountability, recognize achievements, and fuel professional growth.
  • Compliance Guru: Stay ahead of the curve on employment laws and regulations, ensuring that our practices are fair, ethical, and compliant.
  • Data-Driven Decision Maker: Leverage HR analytics to gain valuable insights, measure progress, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and mentor a high-performing HR team, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for development.

Who You Are

  • Strong Leadership and Communication Skills: Ability to inspire and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Business Acumen: Deep understanding of business operations and the ability to align HR initiatives with strategic goals.
  • Legal Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
  • Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution Skills: Proven ability to navigate complex employee relations issues and find win-win solutions.
  • Change Management Expertise: Ability to lead and manage organizational change effectively.
  • Proficiency with HRIS and Talent Management Systems: Tech-savvy and adaptable to new HR technologies.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Related Field: Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven HR Leadership Experience: Demonstrated success in a similar role.
  • SPHR or SHRM-SCP Certification: Highly desirable.
  • West Coast Time Zone: Preferred location.
