Interim Payroll Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Interim Payroll Supervisor to support a senior living organization during a transitional period. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of managing payroll operations with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee biweekly payroll processing for all staff

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and organizational payroll policies

• Manage payroll inquiries and provide timely resolution

• Coordinate with HR and Finance teams to support reporting and audit needs

Required Experience:

• ADP payroll systems (strong proficiency required)

• Virginia Retirement System (VRS) administration and reporting
