Senior Software Engineer 

         

Senior Software Engineer for Chesterfield, MO to design, develop, deploy, test, troubleshoot, debug & support scalable software solutions and applications; gather & understand requirements; translate requirements into application features; develop application technical documentation; identify opportunities to develop new or improved solutions; provide guidance for technical design & architecture decisions; participate in shaping development strategy; evaluate & select new technologies; work with team to coordinate project priorities & deadlines; mentor junior team members. Requires Master’s in C.S., C.I.S. or closely-related field & 3 yrs experience developing single page web applications using HTML 5, CSS 3, Bootstrap, AngularJS and/or JavaScript; working with multiple programming languages, including C#, ReactJS, Angular in TypeScript, Xamarin, and/or Android in Java; performing continuous delivery environment management; designing & developing microservice architecture in .NET CORE; developing large-scale distributed systems; ensuring software security; processing & analyzing large data sets; supporting technology and/or software product development, including research, design, programming and/or testing; managing databases using Oracle Database & PostgreSQL; building, testing, securing & deploying software using Jenkins, AWS and Microsoft Azure; performing unit & integration testing; and developing REST & SOAP web services using .Net Framework, Entity Framework and/or Dapper. Will also accept Bachelor's in said fields & 5 yrs progressive post-Bachelor's stated experience. Telecommuting permitted from home office location within reasonable commuting distance of Chesterfield, MO up to 3 weeks per month.
