Client Experience Manager

Wheat Ridge Animal Hospital is excited to announce we are looking for a Client Experience Manager to join our team!

About the job: This position will require you to oversee the entire Client Care team.  You’ll be responsible for all aspects of client experience, client communication, and managing all job responsibilities of the client care team. 

How you'll make a difference

• Lead the entire Client Care team to provide high quality service for all our clientele
• Handle any client disputes
• Maintain a positive experience for those in our lobby
• Ensuring high quality phone edict 
• Oversight of online reviews
• Working closely with the TA department when hiring new staff members
• Working closely with the Hospital Manager, Hospital Director, and Medical Director
• Staff training
• Heading team meetings
• Help to create and maintain an overall smooth running client care experience

What you will bring 

• Experience working in a veterinary clinic required
• Experience working in a specialty practice preferred, but not required
• 3+ years in a leadership role
• Experience with EzyVet is preferred, but not required
• Knowledge of handling staff schedules
• Handling of employee reviews
• Employee conflict resolution
• Approving timecards, PTO requests, and pay raises
• Superb customer service skills

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Salary: This is a salaried position, with the range being $60,000 - $80,000 a year
