Who You Are
You’re a seasoned and detail-driven Air Logistics Coordinator with advanced expertise in managing air transport operations, optimizing supply chain processes, and ensuring the efficient movement of goods. With a deep understanding of air logistics, you excel at coordinating flights, handling freight, tracking shipments, and managing inventory to ensure timely deliveries. Your strong communication and problem-solving skills make you adept at navigating complex logistics challenges in fast-paced environments.

What You'll Do
In the role of Air Logistics Coordinator Senior, your duties will include:

• Maintains documentation to record all issues, receipts, transfers, and disposals of property in accordance with approved property accountability procedures for USG property.

• Ensures material and equipment are catalogued to a standard nomenclature in automated Integrated Data Management System (IDMS) to enhance tracking, reordering, and excess identification processes.

• Conducts weekly stock reviews to ensure accuracy of inventory records and that stock items are serviceable.

• Creates and maintains a Critical Spares Inventory of parts essential to mission activities and stock items accordingly.

Requirements:

• Must be a US Citizen

• Must have a Secret Clearance

• Must have a minimum of five years of logistics experience on large contract.

• Must have a minimum of seven years of MILAR Cargo experience.

• Must have one of the following certifications: USAF Hazardous Materials - Preparer LCAZP2T051, Navy Supply Corps School TRANS HAZMAT Course, or Defense Ammunition Training Center AMMO-62 course.

• Must have USAF GATES and GDSS experience (Note: USAF L
