Job Description

Responsibilities
● Spot-checking and analysing a portfolio of campaigns to provide guidance and recommendations to the Paid Search Management Team to hit and exceed client expectations and KPIs.
● Working closely with Senior Management and Department Heads to identify and develop strategic opportunities for client-paid search campaigns (new and existing clients).
● Mastering Jellyfishʼs methodologies, and internal tools
● Nurturing positive, collaborative working relationships with clients, colleagues and third-party suppliers (particularly the Search Networks).
● Managing and monitoring the production and presentation of client-facing reports, studies and presentations to Jellyfish brand standards.
● Attending and facilitating key account meetings with the Account Management Team.
● Achieving continuous improvement by proactively assessing Jellyfishʼs working relationships, practices and methods.
● Maintaining an in-depth understanding of Jellyfishʼs marketplace, with particular emphasis on all new and emerging initiatives.

Qualifications

● Ensuring that the performance and conduct of the Paid Search Management Team is in line with Jellyfish business processes and procedures.
● Taking ownership of people-related issues within the Paid Search Management Team following company procedure.
● Set a professional example in behaviour, attitude and results.
● Upholding the company position and integrity at all times, particularly within the realms of confidentiality
and discretion.
● An in-depth knowledge of the technologies and processes of running Paid Search campaigns.
● Significant experience in digital marketing Paid Search management; with previous accountability for annual billings over £6m
● Google Fundamentals and Advanced Qualifications
● Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Skill Requirements
● Is commercially astute, identifies and suggests opportunities to the Company Directors.
● Possesses strong business writing skills and can produce high-quality documents.
● Demonstrates a structured and systematic way of working, with the ability to cope with competing demands and effectively prioritize tasks.
