We are looking for a Sworn Property Valuation Expert to perform on-demand market valuations of public real estate assets. The role involves assessing residential, commercial, historical, and complex properties, preparing independent valuation reports within agreed deadlines, and applying recognized valuation methodologies, including income-based valuation where appropriate. The consultant will ensure compliance with public sector regulations, provide objective and well-documented market assessments, and support public property acquisition and disposal decisions while delivering high-quality reports within 20 working days of each request.
