Job Summary:  

Our year-round Vehicle Maintenance team executes safety best practices to the best of our ability, as well as maintain a fun, friendly, and positive attitude every day, with all guests and employees. We are an internal based guest service department; we want to make sure we leave our customers with a positive experience. This role provides maintenance and repair services for our state of the art fleet. This position is eligible for a tool allowance, ski pass, along with other benefits found here

 

Job Specifications: 

  • Wage: Starting Wage at $22.00/hour, dependent on experience and relevant certifications 

  • Shift & Schedule Availability: Full-Time 

  • Skill Level: Lead

 

Our Fleet:  

  • Snowcats 

  • Snowmobiles 

  • Heavy Equipment 

  • Light Duty Trucks 

  • Shuttle and Transit Buses  

  • Small Engine Equipment 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Trains and instructs personnel in the safe operation of fleet equipment such as overhead cranes, vehicle maintenance lifts, measurement and diagnostic equipment, forklifts and hand tools 

  • Diagnoses and performs major repairs and overhauls to gasoline and diesel engines, inspects, troubleshoots, diagnoses, repairs, cleans, adjusts and installs fuel, ignition, electrical, cooling system, hydraulic system parts and/or controls, and welding 

  • Diagnoses and performs electrical, hydraulic and other repairs in the field 

  • Inspects, services and repairs vehicle braking systems; diagnoses, repairs and maintains vehicle air brakes, hydraulic systems and associated power take-off equipment 

  • Supports the professional growth and development of employees across all levels of the organization
