Main Requirements:

• Work alongside our client service team to provide our clients with white-glove service 

• Prepare, mail, and organize client materials such as statements, checks, and other account paperwork 

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a timely and professional manner 

• Manage and coordinate client scheduling needs 

• Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical to ensure regulatory compliance 

• Follow up with clients on items awaiting client action, such as signed documents, approvals, and additional information needed to move requests forward 

• Support internal operations by offloading administrative tasks from our client service team and advisors
