What to expect in your role:

Design for Multiple Platforms: This role involves creating designs for both digital and print platforms, such as social media graphics, website assets, email campaigns, brochures, and posters. The designs must be visually appealing and ensure information is easily accessible.

Project Management and Collaboration: You will gather relevant facts for each project, ensuring deliverables communicate the correct information. Additionally, you'll collaborate closely with a cross-functional team, including marketers, product marketing managers, and other internal stakeholders, to generate clear ideas, concepts, and designs from start to finish.

Alignment with Brand Guidelines: It's crucial to ensure that all creative concepts align with brand guidelines and project objectives. This includes maintaining consistency across all assets.

Industry Trends and Innovation: Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design is essential, as is incorporating innovative techniques into your work.

Multi-tasking and Deadlines: Managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment is a key part of this role. The ability to juggle various tasks while maintaining high-quality work is important.

What you skills/experience you need to have: 

• Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital and print design work that showcases aesthetic awareness and design problem solving abilities.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, including the ability to clearly explain design decisions in words and writing.
• Ability to receive, interpret, and implement constructive feedback from project stakeholders into your design work.
• Experience working in a marketing or advertising agency is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field preferred.
• Front end web development skills are a plus.
• Fluency in English is required.
