Our Care Transition Assistant (Social Services)/Activities Assistant play a vital role in our resident and guest outcomes and overall experience. We are looking for skilled Care Transition Assistant/Activities Assistant to become a part of our facility's compassionate and hospitable care-giving team.

Hours: Hours: Tuesday - Saturday. 

Must have some experience in activities.
