What you'll Do:
The Rental Order Analyst is responsible for review and maintenance of rental order in the ERP system for the PSS Therapy business to ensure accurate and on time billing and revenue generation. The Rental Order Analyst will serve as the Subject Matter Expert of the rental order billing process, supporting the sales and service teams with order and billing management.
- Review, identify, and research potential billing errors on integrity reporting, implementing correct solution per SOP guidelines.
- Using critical thinking skills, root cause and resolve any identified billing issues for rental orders in the ERP system prior to month end invoicing.
- Coordinate with sales representatives and other functional areas (credit, service operations, customer contact center) to identify and resolve customer issues.
- Contact customers to obtain information needed to resolve customer satisfaction surveys, PO collection, and to obtain any further billing information needed to ensure order accuracy and timely invoicing.
- Maintain and manage an organized database of customer reporting needs
- Run and analyze reports, as needed, to provide additional rental data to sales and operations.
- Monitor and meet goals related to data integrity objectives (credit reductions, unbilled orders, aged purchase order collection, etc.).
- Maintain integrity and compliance of commercial service processes.
- Support special projects and focus efforts, as needed.
- Monitor daily rental integrity reports and implements corrections as needed.
What You'll Bring:
- 1+ years of progressive experience in a customer service role; healthcare/medical field desirable
- JD Edwards system experience preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office

At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all our employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. To that end, this position has an annual salary range of $41,600.00 - $50,000.00 USD Annual. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.
