Are you passionate about digital solutions and business processes? Do you follow trends and are you a visionary? As a (Senior) Consultant Digital Business Solutions / Change Management (m/f/x) you will lead (sub-)projects in the change management context for our digital solutions. You will develop and supervise accompanying measures to ensure smooth change for our customers. To this end, you will draw up communication plans and implement them in line with the measures. You will also moderate workshops and training sessions with and for our customers up to the decision-making level and support customer acquisition in presales. You will have the opportunity to actively contribute to the services of our digital agency and develop them further.

Your profile:

• Successfully completed studies in psychology, business psychology or business administration
• Experience in the field of corporate communications or change processes
• High affinity for digitalization
• Empathy, ability to work in a team, a drive for continuous development and creative commitment
• Strong communication skills in German and English
• Ideally experience in project management
