Haven Home Care is hiring compassionate caregivers to provide in-home support for seniors in Springfield and the surrounding areas. We now offer both regular and Float position—with guaranteed full-time hours.

🆕 Float CNA – Full-Time with Guaranteed Hours

• Guaranteed 40 hours/week

• 8am-5pm shift 

• 5 days/week, which may include weekends

• Flexibility to serve clients across different locations

💵 Pay: $16 - $18

🏡 Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with personal care tasks (bathing, grooming, dressing)

• Prepare meals and clean up after

• Perform light housekeeping (sweeping, dusting, laundry)

• Run errands or provide transportation

• Offer companionship and emotional support

✅ Qualifications:

• At least 6 months paid or 12 months unpaid caregiving experience

• 18 years of age or older

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with insurance

• Able to lift 50 lbs
