Creation Museum A-Team Seasonal

SUMMARY:

The Seasonal A-Team member contributes to a positive guest experience at the Creation Museum. This is accomplished by assisting in the five main Operations departments: Admissions, Culinary, Guest Services, Housekeeping, and Retail. This position is great for flexible self-starters and has a career path that will develop your spiritual and professional growth goals. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Promote the mission and standards of Answers in Genesis 

• Model the behavior and culture of a Creation Museum team member 

• Execute exceptional guest service 

• Assist with guest flow throughout the park 

• Serve all departments by attending to daily operational tasks 

• Assist with set up and break down of special events as needed 

• Maintain a safe environment for guests and staff 

• Maintain thorough understanding of evacuation protocol 

• Always display a servant attitude and humble spirit 

• All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management 

REQUIREMENTS 

• Customer service oriented, dedicated to high guest satisfaction levels 

• Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills 

• Good problem-solving skills and decision-making ability 

• Ability to anticipate needs and priorities 

• Basic math skills: accuracy in cash and financial transactions with guests 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 

• Ability to work independently with little or no supervision 

• Must be able to stand and move about throughout the attraction for the entire length of shift 

• Bend and lift between 25 to 50 pounds 

• 18 or older 

• Have a valid driver’s license
