Responsibilities

As a CCIC Specialist, you will:

 

      •     Deliver exceptional service to our internal and external customers by handling non-technical inquiries.

      •     Provide crucial support to our commercial team with Specification Management Admin tasks.

      •     Develop and maintain an efficient database for customer inquiries.

      •     Assist with sustainability documentation and ensure compliance.

      •     Manage approved customer questionnaires with precision.

      •     Prepare, track, and follow up on essential customer communications.

      •     Take on a Master Data Governance role, acting as the gatekeeper for data integrity and accuracy.

Qualifications

        •     A bachelor’s degree in any field.

        •     Proven computer proficiency, including experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.

        •     Meticulous attention to detail.

        •     Strong verbal and written communication skills.
