Logan Property Management (LPM) is seeking a highly organized, accountable, and hands-on Roving Assistant Community Manager to support operations across two sister SRO properties—Trolley Court Inn and Peachtree Apartments (up to 450 units) This role acts as a right-hand partner to the Roving Community Manager and Roving Leasing Manager, helping drive day-to-day execution across operations, leasing, and maintenance. The ideal candidate is a strong operator and numbers-driven professional who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-demand environment with diverse resident populations. This individual must be confident in holding standards, addressing issues directly, and ensuring accountability across the team while maintaining professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Property Operations & Oversight

Support and help lead daily operations across both SRO properties

Partner closely with the Roving Community Manager on operational execution and priorities

Monitor property performance, including occupancy, delinquency, and expenses

Ensure property standards, safety protocols, and compliance requirements are consistently met
Financial & Administrative Management

Track and report on key property metrics (occupancy, collections, delinquency, turn times)

Assist with rent collections, notices, and delinquency follow-up

Maintain accurate records, reports, and compliance documentation

Support budgeting efforts and identify opportunities to control costs
Maintenance Coordination & Oversight

Oversee and hold the maintenance team accountable for timely and quality service completion

Coordinate work orders, unit turns, and preventative maintenance schedules

Conduct regular inspections to ensure property condition standards are met

Partner with vendors and ensure service quality and cost efficiency
Leasing & Resident Experience

Support the Leasing Manager with leasing activities, including tours, applications, and move-ins

Step in as needed to maintain leasing velocity and occupancy goals
