Are you a dynamic and compassionate leader with a passion for guiding individuals on their journey to recovery? Gateway Rehab Center (GRC) in Center Township, PA, is seeking an exceptional Co-Occurring Clinical Manager who provides direction, supervision, training and coverage for clinical staff. The Manager also provides oversight for the assessment and treatment of patients in the 3.7 co-occurring enhanced program at Abe’s Place and may cover a partial patient caseload.
Responsibilities
- Supervises and administers the treatment program for Gateway’s adult residential inpatient facility.
- Provides supervision of the clinical staff, including regular individual and group supervision, case consultations and treatment plan updates.
- Monitors staffing patterns and productivity.
- Supervises the development, coordination, and implementation of therapeutic and related activities, including Twelve Step Facilitation (TSF) and other evidence-based practices.
- Assures that clinical records are up to date and in compliance with all applicable standards and regulations through regular audits.
- Maintains working knowledge of and assures programs follow regulatory and licensing standards.
- Completes monthly chart audits.
- Ensures facility is staffed adequately daily and completes monthly staffing schedules.
- Works closely with Program Director and upper management regarding budgeting, financials, programming, etc.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in field that meets Pennsylvania Department of Health staffing qualification regulations required.
- License or certification from the Pennsylvania Certification Board eligible.
- Two years clinical experience in a health or human service agency, including one year working directly with chemically dependent persons.
Preferred Requirements
- Supervisory experience
