Über Sie und diese Rolle

Am Standort Ahlen suchen wir einen Operator (m/w/d) im 3-Schichtbetrieb, der unser Produktionsteam im Polyurethan-Systemhaus verstärkt. Hier stellen wir hochwertige Vorprodukte für Matratzen, Schuhsohlen, Isolierungen und mehr her – mit Fokus auf Qualität, Sicherheit und Teamkultur.

Verantwortlichkeiten

Für unseren Standort Ahlen suchen wir aktuell einen Operator (m/w/d) im 3-Schichtbetrieb zur Verstärkung unseres Produktionsteams im Polyurethan-Systemhaus.

Ihre Aufgaben umfassen:

• Bedienung verschiedener Anlagen zur Herstellung von Polyolmischungen und Prepolymeren im Batchbetrieb
• Steuerung und Überwachung der Produktions- und Nebenanlagen über ein Prozessleitsystem
• Be- und Entladen von Tankwagen sowie Bedienung von Abfüllanlagen
• Analyse von Prozessdaten bei technischen Problemen
• Durchführung einfacher Instandhaltungsarbeiten
• Mitwirkung bei Sicherheits-, Gesundheits- und Verbesserungsprogrammen

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Chemikant/in, Produktionsfachkraft Chemie oder vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
• Erfahrung in der Bedienung technischer Anlagen in der Batchproduktion
• Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und Grundkenntnisse in Englisch
• Technisches Verständnis zur eigenständigen Störungsbehebung

Ihre Fähigkeiten

• Teamfähigkeit sowie selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
• Eigeninitiative, Engagement und Lernbereitschaft
• Ausgeprägtes Bewusstsein für Arbeitssicherheit
• Staplerführerschein, idealerweise mit Fahrpraxis
