What you'll do:
- Perform routine preventive maintenance following established schedules to ensure equipment safety and functionality.
- Inspect, clean, and repair equipment or systems, documenting wear and recommending necessary repairs or replacements.
- Diagnose equipment issues using blueprints, manuals, and diagnostic tools, performing major and minor repairs as needed.
- Manage work orders, maintenance logs, and parts inventory while adhering to OSHA and EPA regulations.
- Collaborate with team members and business partners to implement process improvements and meet operational goals.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and document all repair activities accurately.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience in performing preventive maintenance and equipment repair to ensure operational safety and reliability.
- Strong skills in electrical diagnostics and repairs, including the use of hand and power tools.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs for accurate troubleshooting and repair.
- Knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations to maintain compliance and safety standards.
- Experience managing work orders, maintenance schedules, and documentation with attention to detail.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills to support team objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.
