Assistant Service Manager

We’re looking for a driven, customer-focused Assistant Service Manager to help lead our service department and ensure every guest interaction exceeds expectations.

In this role, you’ll work alongside the Service Manager to oversee daily operations, mentor service advisors and technicians, and maintain high-quality standards across all service processes. You’ll play a key role in scheduling, workflow management, compliance, and implementing process improvements that boost efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has leadership or supervisory experience in automotive service, strong communication skills, and the ability to coach and inspire a high-performing team. You should be comfortable analyzing performance metrics, managing budgets, and resolving customer concerns with professionalism and urgency.
