As a Ness employee, you will be working on products and platforms for some of the most innovative software companies in the world. </span></p><p><span>You’ll gain knowledge working alongside other highly skilled professionals that will help accelerate your career progression.</span></p><p><span>You’ll also benefit from an array of advantages like access to trainings and certifications, bonuses, and aids, socializing activities and attractive compensation.</span><span> </span></p><p><strong><span>Requirements and responsibilities<br/></span></strong></p><p><strong><span>What you’ll do</span></strong></p><ul><li><span>Be responsible for creating user-centered digital </span><span>experiences that blend aesthetics with functionality for the firm's innovation and design </span><span>unit.</span></li><li><span>Translate complex business requirements into intuitive interfaces </span><span>and interactive prototypes, ensuring a seamless user experience across all digital </span><span>products.</span></li><li><span>Close collaboration with product managers, strategic designers, and </span><span>development teams to drive design solutions from concept to execution.</span></li><li><span>Work through design problems from beginning to end: conducting user research and translating research insights into ideas that form disruptive new products and features, then designing the workflows and detailed interactions to realize them.</span></li><li><span>Partner with product managers to define and evolve product roadmaps.</span></li><li><span>Work closely with engineers as you build, iterate on, and ship ideas.</span></li><li><span>Support &amp; lead internal visual design activities.</span></li></ul><p><strong><span>What you’ll bring</span></strong><span></span></p><ul><li><span>6+ years of experience designing digital products, services and systems, not just websites.</span><br/><span></span></li><li><span>Experience in designing Consumer products experiences across online (Website) and offline experience (in shop)</span><br/><span></span></li><li><span>Experience in planning and conducting collaborative workshops and user research activities to help shaping and defining consumer-facing experiences</span><br/><span></span></li><li><span>An appreciation of the entire product development process, from problem solving through to detailed UI and visual design</span><br/><span></span></li><li><span>The ability to create wireframes and digital prototypes</span></li><li><span>Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design skills for web and mobile applications.</span><br/><span></span></li><li><span>Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.</span><br/><span></span></li><li><span>Understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards.</span><br/><span></span></li><li><span>Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.</span><br/><span></span></li><li><span>Excellent collaboration and communication skills.</span><br/><span></span></li><li><span>Ability to work iteratively and adapt designs based on feedback.</span><br/><span></span></li><li><span>Ability to produce design artifacts for multiple channels user experience through website and social media (and offline is a strong plus).</span><br/><span></span></li><li><span>Understanding of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).</span></li></ul><p><span><span><strong>Tools experience</strong></span></span></p><ul><li><span>Proficiency in design tools like Figma.</span></li><li><span>User testing tools like UsabilityHub or UserTesting.</span></li><li><span>Collaboration tools like Miro or Zeplin.</span></li><li><span>Design systems management tools like Storybook.</span></li></ul><p><span><strong>Not checking every single requirement?</strong></span></p><p><span>If this role sounds good to you, even if you don’t meet every single bullet point in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyway.
