Job Description:
This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.
Identify, develop, and execute data-driven marketing strategies, programs and capabilities for new and existing products or services to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Developing Marketing Strategies: Plan and implement comprehensive marketing programs to support organizational objectives, including forecasting future needs and creating strategic responses.
• Campaign Planning and Execution: Develop, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across various channels to achieve business goals.
• Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with product management and cross-functional teams to identify new marketing opportunities, assess program impact, and promote customer awareness through marketing communication projects.
• Performance Tracking and Reporting: Prepare and analyze marketing activity reports to track and report on campaign performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Financial Analysis and Budget Management: Conduct financial analysis to allocate marketing budgets effectively, manage expenditures within allocated limits, and align spending with overall marketing and financial goals.
Job Contribution: An experienced professional, recognized as an expert, creatively resolving complex issues with broad and in-depth knowledge. Leads significant projects with strategic autonomy, influencing executive decisions. Mentors less experienced staff, implements long-term plans impacting the organization, and frequently collaborates with senior leadership.

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 5+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.
Our Lead Marketing Management, earns between $130,700 - $196,100. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
