Your Role With Us:
The advancement and delivery of top-notch, effective healthcare education is at the heart of what we do! Your excellent organizational skills and ability to support a variety of tasks will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our DPT program.

Core Functions:
- Order lab supplies and office supplies for the department. Tracks inventory.
- Fill out, submit, and electronically file expense reports. Reconcile all department credit cards monthly.
- Provides administrative support to program leadership and DPT faculty & adjunct faculty.
- Assist faculty with projects as requested.
- Provide support to the DPT students as needed.
- Maintain student files and track required forms.
- Assist with student events such as orientation, white coat ceremony, and commencement.
- Perform general office duties, such as phone answering, filing, copying, and scanning
Background/Expertise:
- Proficient in MS Office, Google email and document platforms, the internet, windows, and database systems.
- Communicate with professionalism and clarity and safeguard confidential information. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Must be able to work and collaborate with other administrative staff, faculty, students, and other departments as needed.
- Must have strong attention to detail, organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
