Your responsibilities will range from client communication and cloud service research to collaborating with cloud engineers and architects in developing tailored cloud-based applications and services.Key Responsibilities:• Conduct in-depth discussions with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences regarding cloud services.• Utilize tools like Salesforce or Jira for managing client interactions and tracking requirements.• Work closely with cloud engineers and architects to develop and implement cloud solutions tailored to client requirements using Microsoft Teams, Slack, or internal Wikis.• Utilize deep knowledge of our cloud solutions to guide and support clients in making operationally beneficial decisions.• Effectively communicate the advantages of cloud services to clients and stakeholders in an easily understandable manner.• Oversee technical projects with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions in a timely manner.• Manage technical projects using project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Smartsheets to track progress and coordinate tasks.• Implement Agile methodologies, utilizing frameworks like Scrum or Kanban, and tools like Confluence for documentation and collaboration.• Effectively communicate technical details to stakeholders using tools like Highspot for sales enablement and content management.• Conduct regular meetings and updates using platforms like Zoom or Microsoft Teams for virtual collaboration.• Lead internal initiatives to streamline and enhance cloud service offerings.• Stay updated with the latest cloud technologies and methodologies to provide innovative solutions.• Continuously update and improve cloud solutions based on client feedback and emerging technologies.• Generate reports and analytics on project progress and cloud service performance using tools like Tableau or Power BI.• Use analytics tools to provide insights and recommendations for improvements and optimizations.Qualifications:• Applicants selected will be subject to a government investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements of the U.S. government client; Public Trust determination is required.• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent level of professional experience.• A minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in cloud consulting, specifically addressing the needs of federal agencies.• Proven experience in technical project management, technical consulting, and relationship management.• Foundational certifications in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.).• Accreditation in project management and agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, etc.).• Prior experience as a product manager is highly desirable.• Strong understanding of the unique needs of federal agencies.• Excellent communication and leadership skills.• Experience in leading large-scale cloud transformation projects in federal agencies.#techjobs #clearance
