Program Summary – Homebuilding
The Homebuilding Intern will be placed within the Division’s Marketing verticals and gain exposure to five key areas of the business by participating in training opportunities throughout the internship. The program will facilitate participants’ development of essential interpersonal and technical skills and position associates for future career success and leadership opportunities. Associates will work alongside seasoned professionals, fostering a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture while contributing to impactful projects, and become immersed in Lennar’s culture through onboarding, hands-on training, and team building. Upon program completion, high-performing interns may return to Lennar for full-time opportunities, such as the Future Builders Field Management Rotational Program.
Responsibilities by Role:
Marketing Intern
Execute the division's e-marketing plan by creating and disseminating social media and email marketing content.
Coordinate and participate in various events, including community openings, realtor events, and trade shows, to bolster brand presence.
Onsite hub visits to support community marketing needs
Facilitate the creation and ordering of marketing collateral and community signage
Analyze data from our digital marketing campaigns to measure performance, reach, and efficiency and present findings
Assist with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) efforts
Requirements:
Graduating from a 4-year College or University (between December 2025 and May 2026, preferred).
Working towards a bachelor's degree in Marketing.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without needing employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. Lennar will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity (No Sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J1, Opt, CPT, or any other employment-based visa).
Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and valid auto insurance coverage.
