Nurse Supervisor - Memory Care ( RN/LPN )

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction to the memory care team to ensure the highest quality of care for residents with memory impairments.
• Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual resident needs.
• Foster a culture of excellence in customer service and resident satisfaction.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

Requirements:

• RN/LPN, licensure in the state of Michigan.
• 3-5 years of demonstrated leadership experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in memory care or long-term care.
