Job Overview
We are searching for highly motivated, mechanically inclined individuals to join our growing Field Service team. In this position, you will play a direct role in completing planned and reactive service operations on our generators. In this position, you will play a key role in maintaining system uptime, availability, and performance for deployed units on customer sites in a specific region. You will train at our headquarters in Menlo Park, CA, and be assigned to a particular service region requiring travel. Responsibilities

• Work independently with guidance from remote supervisors and engineers to complete planned and reactive services for customer-generators in the fleet.
• Leverage internal documentation and communication systems to ensure high product quality for customers
• Anticipate roadblocks and support countermeasures implemented to meet overall company objectives
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve safety and eliminate waste

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to perform hands-on work to build mechanical assemblies
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing priorities, and communicate effectively
• Experience with precision measuring equipment, such as calipers, micrometers, and pin gauges a plus
• Candidates must be able to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 50 lbs., and wear required PPE
• Must have a personal vehicle available to drive between job sites
