The Product Management team at Alloy brings together a deep understanding of client needs, fraud and identity trends, and financial technology to deliver solutions that help financial institutions scale safely and seamlessly. We’re hands-on problem solvers who work with partners across the company to focus on the highest-impact challenges and deliver measurable value. What you'll be doing

As Senior Product Manager you’ll: 

  • Develop a deep understanding of the needs of the financial institutions and people we serve to help them grow their businesses in safe, scalable ways.
  • Own the vision, strategy, and execution for Alloy’s Marketplace, SDKs, and plugin ecosystem—ensuring customers can easily discover, adopt, and embed integrations that accelerate onboarding and risk decisions.
  • Bring clarity and direction to large, ambiguous problem spaces, especially around Developer Experience and the evolving definition of “integration” at Alloy.
  • Shape how partners and clients build with Alloy by defining the frameworks, best-practice templates, and UI-embedded components that make integrations faster, more reliable, and more intuitive.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, and GTM teams to deliver features across Marketplace, Partner Center, Alloy's SDK, and end-user-facing UI components embedded in our clients' experiences.
  • Partner with our Integrations team to ensure Marketplace and SDK/plugin integrations complement Alloy’s 3rd party data integrations, maintain high observability standards, and support a robust, scalable integrations platform.
  • Work with customer-facing teams and directly with clients and partners to understand their integration needs, gather insights, and guide them toward solutions that reduce toil and increase confidence.
  • Define metrics and measure the impact of features for our clients and the business, contributing to our culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to raising the bar for our Product Management team and for Alloy.

Who we’re looking for

Alloy is looking for a technically-savvy senior product manager with proven success delivering and growing B2B SaaS products. Ideal candidates have:

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, owning a technical roadmap and delivering features that move key outcomes for clients and the business.
  • Experience with integrations, SDKs, APIs, or developer platforms—bonus points for having been a software engineer or sales engineer building or supporting similar systems.
  • Deep curiosity about how our product works, how our clients build, the challenges they face, and a desire to solve tough integration problems collaboratively.
  • A track record of launching new product initiatives in close partnership with engineering, design, and GTM teams—from requirements through adoption.
