Job Description Qualifications:

Boeing Corporate Information Technology & Data Analytics (IT&DA) is seeking a Senior Versatile Technologist in El Segundo, CA or Seal Beach, CA.

In this role you will operate as the Specialized (US) Infrastructure Operations (SUSIO) – IT Site Operations Support Technician and provide system operations support for break/fix, installation, access control, information assurance and request fulfillment of IT services including Server, Storage and Backup.  

Position Responsibilities:

• Provides system administration and management for all Windows Servers and system test consoles (STCs) supporting the environment
• Configures security policies and apply necessary security patches and system updates to maintain security compliance and continuous monitoring
• Provides IT support to satisfy Government, Program Security and Boeing Security compliance requirements utilizing Enterprise services when applicable
• Provides the software, hardware, and management of all Windows Servers within the Program Enterprise
• Partners with other IT Infrastructure Teams to develop, manage, and integrate requirements for infrastructure services to meet business, program, site, and functional needs
• Assists the IT Business Success Leader performing business planning, demand management, and prioritization for IT infrastructure services
• Partners with other IT infrastructure teams to communicate plans and manage service escalations
• Leads business impact assessment for production system outages
• Leads end-to-end service delivery management for IT infrastructure services to ensure business requirements are met and consistent with Service Level Agreements
• Partners closely with Program Management, Program Chief of Staff, and the IT Business Success Leader to prioritize and schedule IT projects, initiatives and service requests

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Top Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Top Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

 Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 3+ years of experience with Windows Server Administration
• 3+ years of experience administrating Citrix desktops
• Current Comp TIA Security+ Certification

   

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 3+ years of experience with Information Assurance
• 3+ years of experience Infrastructure Integration tools (Apache, Oracle, SQL)
• Working knowledge of Risk Management Framework and Continuous Monitoring Cycle
• Scripting Skills (i.e. PowerShell, Python)

Typical Education/Experience: 

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience, 13 years' related work experience, etc.)
