We’re currently seeking a Project Manager to join our Headquarters team!
The Project Manager, Enterprise Operations is responsible for overseeing the successful opening of new business units and operations projects. This role involves effective coordination and communication across teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely and seamless implementation of operational processes. The Project Manager will lead cross-functional collaboration, manage risks, and enhance operational efficiency from planning through execution, ensuring milestones are met and business goals are achieved.
What You Will Do:
Project Management
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and schedules to ensure milestones and deliverables are achieved.
• Coordinate internal teams and external resources, ensuring accountability and on-time execution.
• Lead post-implementation reviews to assess project success, identify areas for improvement, and implement lessons learned for future projects.
• Continuously refine project management processes, tools, and templates to enhance operational execution and efficiency.
Initiative Planning & Implementation
• Lead and oversee the operational launch and integration of new business units, including site openings, acquisitions, and organizational transitions.
• Anticipate and resolve project challenges, managing escalations to maintain progress and alignment.
• Strengthen Enterprise Operations by developing, executing, and supporting key strategic initiatives that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication
• Partner with internal teams (HQ and field) and external vendors to align on goals, timelines, and deliverables that support business objectives.
• Act as the central point of contact to ensure coordination, clear communication, and alignment across project teams.
• Track, evaluate, and communicate project progress and outcomes to stakeholders.

How You Will Shine:
Education
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (4+ years).
Experience
• Three to five years’ experience in project management, operations management, or a related field, with a focus on operational start-up and implementation.
