About the Job – Your Role
The primary purpose of this position is to expand on our clinical pharmacy services offered to our adults-in-custody. This includes development, design, implementation, and monitoring of all existing and future Collaborative Drug Treatment Management (CDTM) programs and Collaborative Practice Agreements (CPA).
This position is also tasked with managing drug information services to our practitioners. This includes organizing and facilitating the Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committee, accepting requests for formulary inclusion and exclusions, reviewing effectiveness and safety of medications, and participating or supervising clinical pharmacists involved in
