Best Egg Summer Internship 2023:
This internship will start on June 5th- September 1st
Career growth and mobility are important foundations to our culture here at Best Egg.  We have fostered many promotions both within departments and cross-functionally.  Offering internal colleagues the opportunity to intern with different departments is an important initiative to continue to promote growth, career advancement and include new perspectives into our existing teams.  As a Marketing Engagement intern, you will join the cross functional Engagement team and focus on the overall customer experience for the Personal Loans, Credit Card and Vehicle Equity Loans applications. Our goal is to engage customers to come to our website and to use our products.

As part of your role, you will:

• Work with Marketing team to manage day-to-day execution tasks
• Work on card servicing communications to ensure they are clear and address customer frequently asked questions and complaint volume
• •Create and manage a detailed plan and implementation schedules for initiatives to drive card Activation and Utilization 
• Collaborate with multiple teams across the business to complete assignments
• Provide status updates and identify any obstacles
• Perform competitor research and analysis 

This role will directly influence creative and campaigns we send to our customers. The Engagement marketing intern will have the unique opportunity to work with and learn from colleagues across all of our business units.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree a plus
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively
• Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Experience in gathering and interpreting consumer feedback
• Must be detailed oriented
